Shipping Terms and Agreements

Once your new climbing-set ships from our factory, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to arrange a delivery appointment (Monday thru Friday). While the carrier may allow some flexibility with the appointment time, lengthy delays may result in storage fees. Climbingbox  Climbing Systems will not be responsible for such fees.

Shipping is free on all climbing sets to an address in which a tractor trailer can safely park on the public street bordering your property line; i.e., at the end of your driveway. Remote areas, low power lines, narrow, steep, unpaved roads, or the inability for a tractor trailer to safely turn around will require an alternate delivery method for an additional fee. If you are unsure that a tractor trailer can temporarily stop on the public street bordering your property line, please contact us in advance to check your specific address with the freight carrier. If an alternate delivery method is required, we will give you a quote for the alternate method. You also have the option to pick up the product at the local freight terminal to avoid any alternate delivery method costs.

The freight carrier driver will unload all Grom, and Crusher series sets from the delivery truck and place the product on your property where it meets the public street. They will not back the truck onto your property or move the product further than your property line. **If you do not want the product placed at your property line, please see ‘Delivery Service Options’, below**

Due to the heavy-duty construction and large pre-assembled system components, at least 2 able bodied adults will be needed to unload the Pro series climbing sets from the back of the delivery truck. The driver is not required to help unload. The driver will not back the truck onto your property. **If you do not have the ability to unload the product from the truck without the driver’s help, please see ‘Delivery Service Options’, below**

If you would like the carrier to send a 2-man team to unload any of our climbing sets beyond your property line (in your garage, side of house, etc.), you must request and pay for these services directly with the carrier when they call to make the delivery appointment. All charges for these additional services are the customer’s responsibility.

It is important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Any damages that are discovered must be notated on the bill of lading/delivery receipt that you sign. Have the driver initial any damage report and be sure to obtain a copy of this delivery document to submit with any replacement parts request. Photos are helpful. Failure to document transportation related damage may result in delays or even the inability for us to send replacement parts. Photos are helpful.

Climbingbox Climbing Systems' free climbing set delivery is available ONLY in the lower 48 states.
